Responsibilities
Participate in hands-on training in leadership, team development, and business operations
Assist in managing internal projects and supporting department goals
Collaborate with managers to analyze business strategies and implement improvements
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure high performance
Attend regular meetings and workshops to develop management skills
Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for leadership
