We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
Coordinate mail deliveries, packages, and office supplies
Assist with administrative tasks and support various departments as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Enforce company policies and ensure front office protocols are followed

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training is a plus
1+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
