Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service Associate to join our team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, care, and accuracy. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments
Provide timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Support account managers with service requests and client onboarding
Resolve issues with professionalism and follow-through
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
