The Event Assistant supports the planning and execution of company events, helping ensure a smooth experience for attendees, partners, and staff. Great for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and planning
Support setup, breakdown, registration, and onsite coordination
Help manage vendor communication and supply tracking
Prepare event materials such as signage, badges, and giveaways
Provide excellent customer service to attendees
Assist with post-event reporting and wrap-up
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable interacting with guests and staff
Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
