Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will help ensure a seamless experience for our customers while representing the professionalism and values of Dinamic AS Group.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve service processes.
