Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Cleveland, OH. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern and determining the root cause
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures and guidelines consistently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of experience in a customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable working with CRM systems and helpdesk software
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
