Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to support the development and implementation of internal and external communication initiatives. This role requires exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate between departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Draft and edit internal communications, press releases, newsletters, and corporate statements.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
Support the planning and execution of communication strategies for campaigns and product launches.
Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication flow.
Monitor media and industry trends to inform communication planning.
Prepare presentation materials and reports for management and stakeholders.
Maintain updated records of communication activities and feedback.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a communications or public affairs role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with content editing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
