About the Role

In just a year, we’ve hit millions in ARR and 43k+ GitHub stars by building the fastest way for developers to get LLM-ready data. We’re a small, fast-moving team building essential tools for the AI era. We value autonomy, clarity, and shipping fast.

We’re looking for an engineer-minded growth marketer who owns organic search. This isn’t about keyword stuffing or backlink schemes—it’s about building systems that compound, content that ranks, and traffic that converts. Ship content, iterate, measure, repeat.

What You’ll Do

  • Own SEO and GEO: Take full ownership of our SEO/GEO strategy and execution. Set targets, hit them, then blow past them.

  • Build Content Architecture: Map topic universes, design pillar/cluster strategies, and keep content fresh and ranking. You see the matrix of how content pieces connect.

  • Ship & Iterate Fast: Launch content experiments, track performance, double down on winners. No analysis paralysis—just rapid testing and scaling.

  • Technical Implementation: Handle schema markup, site speed optimization, crawlability issues. You’re as comfortable in Search Console as you are in code.

  • Content Production: Generate and polish AI drafts, edit contributor posts, ensure everything meets Firecrawl standards. Quality at scale.

  • Automation & Scaling: Build n8n/MCP flows, connect APIs, automate reporting. If it’s repetitive, you’ll systemize it.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Live in analytics, run experiments, prove impact with numbers. You know which metrics matter and which are vanity.

  • Proven SEO Wins: You’ve cracked top-3 rankings for competitive terms multiple times. Show us the receipts.

  • Technical Depth: Comfortable with APIs, automation tools, and quick scripting. You can debug crawl issues and build programmatic solutions.

  • Content Strategy Mastery: You understand topic clusters, search intent, and how to build content moats that competitors can’t cross.

  • Self-Starter DNA: Side projects, indie SaaS, bootstrapped newsletters—proof you’ve built things without asking permission.

  • Speed & Quality Balance: You ship fast but maintain standards. Perfect SEO tomorrow < good SEO today.
