Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance relationships and expand business. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and strategic relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet their objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective results.

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and drive client growth.

  • Handle client concerns promptly and professionally.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
