What you’ll do

  • Partner with the C-suite and finance leaders. Be the primary point of contact from onboarding through ongoing adoption, building trusted relationships that drive business and financial outcomes.

  • Own an end-to-end book of 40+ customers. Lead onboarding, enablement, frontline support, and account management to ensure smooth adoption and measurable impact.

  • Become a Runway expert and coach for outcomes. Guide customers on how to use the platform to support their operating cadence and decision-making, and champion product capabilities that unlock value.

  • Be the technical point of contact. Support integration implementation, troubleshoot formulas, and propose creative modeling solutions that keep customers unblocked and moving.

  • Work cross-functionally. Partner with product and sales to refine our pre- and post-sales experience and deliver a cohesive customer journey.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer. Synthesize insights from your accounts to influence the roadmap and improve how we deliver value.

  • Help build the function. As an early team member, shape how a world-class Customer Experience team operates.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$190,000 + generous early employee equity + benefits. The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
