Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our business expansion efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities, conduct market research, coordinate client communications, and assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and researching potential business leads and markets.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Support the preparation of pitch materials, sales presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate internal meetings and client follow-ups.
Track and report on business development metrics.
Participate in industry events and support lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent client experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a business development or administrative support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
