Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and assigned accounts
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication across all stakeholders
Support account coordination, documentation, and follow-up processes
Ensure alignment between account needs and internal execution
Track account-related updates and assist with reporting and organization
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction
Support ongoing account initiatives and operational tasks as needed
