Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels across stores to ensure balanced allocation aligned with business objectives
- Use data-driven insights to adjust inventory to prevent stockouts, split-shipments and overstock
- Interpret data and communicate findings to cross-functional partners to develop and execute action plans
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records
- Plan around calendar and business timeline touchpoints and pivot priorities as needed
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities related to allocation and inventory flow
- Collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Planning
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
