You will be the engine behind our sales team’s success. At Alex, we’re building the future of how sales teams operate, and we need someone who can make sure our sales team members are not just onboarded well but continuously coached, trained, and developed into world-class performers.
As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll own the full lifecycle of seller readiness:
Onboarding: Get every new AE to full productivity quickly.
Ongoing enablement: Deliver recurring training, skills development, and product education.
Call coaching: Listen to sales calls, identify patterns, and provide actionable feedback.
Sales excellence: Drive consistent messaging, continuous improvement, and high-quality execution.
You will ensure every AE (new and veteran) has the skills, insights, and confidence to tell Alex’s story and win deals independently. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure our enablement is always relevant, up-to-date, and deeply aligned with our strategy and product direction.
Onboarding
Own AE onboarding end-to-end: Build a structured, scalable program that gets every new hire fully ramped with minimal lift.
Create onboarding pathways for tools, processes, messaging, and product knowledge.
Ensure every new AE knows exactly what “great” looks like from Day 1.
Ongoing Enablement
Run recurring sales training: discovery, demoing, objection handling, multithreading, closing, etc.
Lead product training sessions in partnership with Product/Engineering, especially as Alex moves quickly with new features.
Listen to sales calls weekly and provide structured, actionable feedback to AEs.
Pull insights from Gong to identify skill gaps, patterns, and opportunities for teamwide improvement.
Build and maintain sales playbooks, competitive frameworks, and repeatable training modules.
Plan and execute SKOs (Sales Kickoffs) and quarterly enablement days.
Enablement Infrastructure & Content
Keep core resources - including Notion pages, Google Drive libraries, Aligned Deal Room templates - up to date at all times.
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging and collateral remain current and consistent.
Work with RevOps to ensure processes are adopted and reinforced.
3-6 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or L&D for Sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience running onboarding, delivering ongoing sales training, and providing structured call coaching.
Strong understanding of the modern sales tool stack: Salesforce, Apollo, Orum, Gong, Notion, Aligned, Google Drive.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, clear, concise, and confident in front of teams.
Ability to synthesize product updates into simple, compelling sales narratives.
A builder mindset with a bias for speed and iteration, you turn ambiguity into structure quickly.
Data-oriented thinking: you track enablement impact and continuously refine your programs.
