Skills
- 8+ years of IT engineering or hands-on technical operations experience
- Proven Airtable builder experience with integration development
- Practical experience implementing AI into business workflows
- Ability to write automation and integrations using Python, JavaScript, or shell scripting
- Strong database design and data modeling skills
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
- Project management and agile delivery experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication; experience producing demo videos and training
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and maintain critical internal business applications and expand support to additional applications as needed
- Design and implement AI-first solutions that increase operational efficiency and reduce software spend
- Create and deliver demo bundles, video assets, and sales enablement materials for each application
- Develop and showcase at least one new AI use case per month within supported applications
- Lead cross-functional projects to gather requirements, prioritize, and deliver impactful solutions
- Train and up-level internal teams on Airtable best practices, advanced features, and workflows
- Provide product and design feedback to improve Airtable capabilities
- Deepen operational understanding of supported G&A processes and drive continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent hands-on technical experience accepted in lieu of degree
