Skills
- Advanced SQL on modern platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Python or R for analytics and modeling
- Experience building BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- ETL and transformation tooling (dbt, Fivetran) and data modeling
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of regression, classification, clustering, time series, and experiment design
- MLOps and deploying scalable pipelines
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on experience with batch LLM pipelines (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and productionize ML models and AI solutions to deliver actionable recommendations for CE teams.
- Build scalable data pipelines and automated workflows following MLOps best practices.
- Provide strategic analyses and repeatable frameworks for territory carving, annual planning, pricing optimization, and performance attribution.
- Perform deep-dive analyses and present clear, business-focused storytelling to influence stakeholders.
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and BI tools for executive and operational use.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to embed data products into GTM workflows and enable broad adoption.
Education
- Bachelor's in a quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, OR, Economics, Engineering, CS)
- MS or MBA preferred
