Appointment Coordinator (Eastern Time)

AirSculpt® is a next-generation body contouring company with 30+ premium locations and more than 50,000 procedures performed. The company is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to qualify high-volume leads, engage prospective patients via phone/text/email, schedule virtual or in-clinic consultations, and consistently meet established KPIs during Eastern Time evening shifts.

Skills

  • 2+ years sales (preferably inside sales) or customer service experience
  • Experience handling high-volume outbound communications (100+ daily)
  • Proficient with CRM tools and recordkeeping
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Availability for evening (3–11pm ET) and weekend shifts
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Qualify 100+ leads daily following the company lead process and training manual
  • Use CRM to engage prospects via phone, text, and email to schedule virtual or in-clinic consultations
  • Meet or exceed specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly sales goals
  • Manage high-volume outbound calls and chats (100+/day)
  • Document interactions and update lead records accurately in the CRM
  • Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to confirm appointments
  • Work assigned weekend shifts and evening hours (3–11pm ET) as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
