Partner Growth Manager - job 1 of 2

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly by offering transparent buy-now-pay-later solutions without hidden fees or compounding interest. We are seeking a data-driven Partner Growth Manager to own partner lifecycle strategies, scale strategic merchant and platform partnerships, and drive activation, retention, and revenue across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth plans for strategic merchant and platform partners to drive activation, conversion, and revenue.
  • Own partner lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, launch, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, and marketing to prioritize partner integrations and launches.
  • Analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and iterate on tactics based on data.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and maintain partner contracts and SLAs.
  • Create scalable playbooks, training materials, and self-serve enablement for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report on KPIs, forecasts, and program ROI to senior leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
