- Knowledge of data privacy contractual terms (CCPA, GLBA, GDPR)

- Clear, concise communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make pragmatic business-focused decisions under ambiguity
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of complex global commercial agreements
- Provide strategic legal advice to sales, product, finance, tax, customer operations, and risk teams
- Lead or contribute to projects to improve Commercial Legal processes and scalability
- Train and educate internal business partners on legal and contractual matters
- Manage and resolve legal issues arising from domestic and international commercial relationships
- Support Commercial Legal activities related to M&A integrations
- Develop and refine templates for global revenue-generating agreements
- Build collaborative working relationships with U.S. and international teams
Education
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
