What You Will Be Doing

Titleist Golf Clubs is seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, this role is embedded within the Clubs business and plays a critical part in attracting top talent across both salaried and hourly roles. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from executing sourcing strategies and managing candidate pipelines to coordinating interviews, travel, and onboarding logistics. Your ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners will be key to aligning recruitment strategies with business goals. As a trusted brand ambassador for Acushnet Company, you’ll ensure a professional and seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders. What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment administration—preferably in a corporate, in-house setting.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant HR systems, including Workday.

  • In-office presence is expected at least 4 days per week.

  • Familiarity with the golf industry is a plus.

Pay Range: $71,545.00-$89,278.00
