We welcome you to join our team of caring, passionate and motivated individuals as a Human Resource Coordinator. This role will ensure the successful coordination of the New Hire onboarding process. This involves providing support to the newly hired employees through the onboarding process with regular communication and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete on-boarding process for new hires, including and not limited to
Collecting and filing New Hire documents
Background screening completion
Certification verification prior to onboarding
Credentialing information
Workday HRIS and ATS coordination and set-up
I-9 processing
Extensive follow-up and communication with New Hires to ensure a timely onboarding experience.
Assist with recruiting needs
Assist with personnel file audits
Actively engage and support the Human Resources team
Support on-site events, as needed
Provide positive in-person customer service to colleagues, vendors, clients and visitors
Create and maintain a high-performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation
Requirements:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
One to Three years of experience working in Human Resources
Excellent multi-tasking skills
High level of customer service
Ability to be flexible and work independently
Excellent administrative and organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
