At Acceleration Partners, we are committed to doing the work to foster Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging both here at AP and within our local communities. We believe that the work must continue to drive meaningful change.
Below are a few examples of our current initiatives and programs:
- DEI Committee: A group of employees spanning regions and from all different levels have joined together to further the work being done at AP around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. The goal of the committee is to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment where all employees have the opportunity to thrive by embodying a culture of acceptance, offering resources and education, challenging the status quo, and making an impact in our communities.
- Affinity Groups: We have a number of Affinity Groups that have formed. These are groups of people having a common interest or goal or acting together for a specific purpose. They are one way in which we can create networks to complement our culture, creating additional connections and communities that provide support, resources, and mentorship to one another.
- Partnerships with Charity Organizations: AP has partnered globally with a variety of charity organizations. For example, in the Boston area, many AP’ers work with BUILD, an organization that provides entrepreneurial learning opportunities to high school students in under resourced communities. AP employees also volunteer their time and expertise in the affiliate marketing space to minority and women owned businesses via the Duplessy Foundation.
