Senior FP&A Manager
Skills
- 7–10 years FP&A or Commercial Finance, preferably in CPG/retail with multi-entity consolidation experience
- Expert financial modeling and driver-based forecasting including price/volume and margin bridges
- Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau proficiency; familiarity with Anaplan and D365 a plus
- Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills with clear storytelling and action-oriented narratives
- Hands-on month-end close governance and working capital performance management
- Ability to lead in ambiguity, surface risks/opportunities proactively, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience deploying automation and AI-assisted analysis to reduce reporting cycle time
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly landing, forecast cadence, pre-close risk/opportunity reviews, bridges, and executive narratives across Revenue → GM → UOP → Cash.
- Orchestrate month-end reporting and co-lead the close with Accounting (cutoff, accruals, late-post governance) to produce timely, accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash views.
- Standardize KPI dictionary, deck templates, and forum cadence so both OpCos share consistent reporting for performance reviews, QBRs, AOP, and 3YP.
- Lead end-to-end Overheads planning, forecasting, bridges and spend governance with functional owners and HR.
- Serve as a core S&OP member, providing cash-up, overlays, and inputs into consensus S&OP processes.
- Own working capital forecast, actuals and reporting (DSO/DIO/DPO, CCC/CTN), align targets with stakeholders and maintain actions log.
- Build and maintain GMVA frameworks to report price, volume, and supply chain margin drivers and reconcile to consolidated bridges.
- Deploy and govern automated dashboards and AI-assisted analysis to accelerate insight generation and maintain a single source of truth.
- Coordinate consolidated AOP & 3-Year planning, assumptions, scenarios, and guardrails from functional plans to VMS P&L and cash.
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage one FP&A Associate; raise clarity, speed, and analytical rigor across the team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree/certification preferred
