- Deep FP&A and commercial finance expertise with end-to-end P&L ownership
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L management for OLLY and SmartyPants ($800M+ retail), driving commercial strategy and execution
- Lead monthly, quarterly, annual and 3-year strategic financial planning and reforecasting processes
- Manage, coach and develop a team of seven direct reports across both operating companies
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Wellbeing leadership to set targets and deliver financial commitments
- Lead performance forums: monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual operating plan
- Build and scale an FP&A community across both companies to ensure in-year target delivery
- Evaluate business cases (innovation, transformations, supply chain) and track in-flight initiatives vs approved plans
- Enhance reporting and analytics using modern tools and AI; partner with Data & Analytics to design management reporting
- Harmonize reporting, tracking and performance management across OLLY and SmartyPants
- Design talent, recruitment and development programs for finance capability and succession
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (finance, accounting, economics or related field)
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
