At 3Y Health, we are building AI-driven software to empower healthcare providers and solve the overwhelming administrative complexity that consumes 40% of the industry’s revenue. Our end-to-end platform unlocks opportunities for clinician entrepreneurs, enabling medical professionals to launch, run, and grow private practices. By supporting these independent practices with the latest AI and automation, we’re helping providers reclaim their time, build thriving businesses, and deliver better outcomes for their communities. 3Y Health is backed by over $200M from top-tier investors including Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Softbank, and 8VC.
We’re seeking a Product Designer to play a central role in shaping the future of healthcare software. You’ll lead the design of intuitive, powerful experiences that support healthcare providers as they run and grow their practices. The ideal candidate is product-minded, thrives in collaborative environments, and has a strong foundation in systems design and design ops. While AI and automation will be part of the product, deep prior experience in AI is not required — what matters most is your ability to design for complex workflows, partner cross-functionally, and deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.
This role is best suited for a designer excited to work closely with product, engineering, operations, marketing, recruiting, and sales to translate high-level strategy into exceptional user experiences.
Lead end-to-end design of core workflows and product experiences, from discovery and problem framing through prototyping and production.
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of dynamic and data-rich interfaces.
Rapidly prototype ideas using Figma (advanced prototyping) and lightweight front-end tools (HTML/CSS/JS, Framer, or similar) to validate concepts with real users.
Conduct usability testing, review analytics, and drive iteration based on evidence.
Simplify complex tasks into intuitive flows, balancing power and usability.
Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, marketing, and recruiting to ensure product design aligns with business strategy and user needs.
Contribute to and evolve the product design system, ensuring consistency and scalability as the company grows.
Help shape the long-term vision of product design at 3Y, bringing creativity and rigor to 0→1 initiatives.
3–5+ years of product design experience (preferably in complex B2B or enterprise products).
Portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, clear problem-solving, and data-dense or workflow-heavy UI design.
Expertise with Figma (components, tokens, advanced prototyping) and comfort with rapid prototyping tools.
Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI/automation concepts is a plus, but not required.
Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and iterative design.
Ability to work 5 days a week in our San Francisco office with a fully in-person team.
The estimated salary range for this role is $135,000 – $175,000. Total compensation may also include stock options. Final offers are based on each individual’s qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
