This part-time, temporary role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional with strong design expertise in the financial services sector. You’ll join a small, dynamic marketing and communications team responsible for translating complex investment concepts and data into visually engaging materials. Your work will support presentations, digital content, and corporate communications that maintain the company’s polished, professional image. This is a great opportunity to combine technical design skills with strategic thinking, contributing directly to the company’s ability to communicate its financial message clearly and effectively.
· Maintain and update the PowerPoint slide library, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
· Design and format engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, white papers, social media visuals, flyers, and advertisements.
· Use Adobe InDesign and WordPress to create and publish content that supports digital and print campaigns.
· Develop clear and visually appealing data visualizations, charts, and infographics for investment materials.
· Simplify complex financial terms and data into digestible, visually compelling content.
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that creative work supports strategic goals and adheres to compliance standards.
· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
· Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, particularly for managing and creating branded slide libraries.
· Strong command of Adobe InDesign and WordPress for digital content creation.
· Excellent attention to detail, especially when visualizing numerical data and complex concepts.
· Demonstrated ability to think creatively while maintaining brand integrity and professional tone.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
· Proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
