Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end marketing and growth experiences: discovery, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and specs
- Own design for the marketing site, landing pages, email communications, and forms
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing to translate business goals into feasible product experiences
- Plan and run user testing, gather qualitative feedback, and iterate on designs rapidly
- Design multivariate/A/B tests with PM partners to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion
- Communicate design rationale and present decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Stay current on UI/UX patterns, tools, and best practices and share learnings with the team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field OR equivalent professional experience in design
