Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Assist customers in understanding our cleaning process and the benefits of Zr Water® technology.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experiences.
- Engage in outbound calling as needed to follow up with customers or promote services.
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with call center operations is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
