YouScience is seeking a strategic Director of Product Marketing to spearhead the marketing initiatives for its flagship Brightpath platform, enhancing its reach and impact in the educational sector.
Responsibilities: Lead go-to-market strategy, oversee product positioning, drive storytelling, conduct customer research, enable the sales team, and manage product launches.
Skills: 5–10 years of Product Marketing experience in SaaS or technology, strong storytelling abilities, expertise in GTM strategy development, and analytical skills.
Qualifications: Experience in education technology marketing is preferred, alongside a proven track record in driving product adoption and strategic execution.
Location: American Fork, Utah, United States; includes flexibility to work remotely.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $130,000 - $180,000.

About the Role
The Director, Product Marketing will lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for our flagship YouScience Brightpath platform. You’ll own market understanding, competitive positioning, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and sales enablement—ensuring our life-changing products reach more students, educators and adults delivering measurable impact in their lives.
This is a high-visibility role for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. You’ll collaborate with Product Management, Revenue, and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives, drive adoption, and ensure our solutions are positioned for growth.
