Responsibilities
- Independently manage litigation caseload from intake through resolution
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions and regularly appear in court
- Communicate with clients, provide status updates, and coordinate strategy with partners
- Prepare for trial and assist with trial presentation and witness preparation
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Maryland bar
