Your Role:
The Director of Monitoring and Compliance is responsible for supporting ongoing monitoring through record-keeping and reporting systems and ensures compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, Accreditation and childcare licensing requirements. The incumbent serves on the delegate Senior Leadership Team and works collaboratively with senior leadership to build a culture of excellence and accountability.
