Skills: Strong skills in data analytics, management, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and experience in data governance and performance reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree and five years of relevant experience in data analytics and systems leadership preferred, particularly in early education sectors.
Location: Remote position with travel required for meetings in the USA.
Compensation: $110000 - $120000 / Annually

Your Role:
The Senior Director of Data & Performanceleads the design, governance, and continuous improvement of data systems, analytics tools, and performance reporting infrastructure for Acelero, Inc. This role ensures that the organization’s data practices promote transparency, compliance, equity, and strategic decision-making. The Director manages a centralized team responsible for dashboard development, recurring and ad hoc reporting, and the integration of data systems across the organization. Working across the Acelero Learning delegates and Shine Early Learning partners, the Senior Director partners with local leaders, the Performance Implementation & Impact Services (PIIS) team, other divisions, departments, Product, and IT to ensure the availability, accuracy, and usability of critical performance data. This leader also stewards data governance and standardization efforts that power operational excellence and accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
