Responsibilities
- Perform year‑end compliance testing for defined contribution (DC) plans
- Respond to retirement plan questions from client service and internal stakeholders
- Assist with plan terminations and prepare EPCRS correction documentation
- Support IQPA audit processes and respond to auditor inquiries
- Provide consulting and technical guidance to sponsors and advisors as needed
- Document processes, maintain compliance records, and propose process/product improvements
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent administration and plan compliance
Education
- QKA certification required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
