Performance Marketing Manager

Wild Alaskan Company is a mission-driven brand delivering sustainable wild-caught seafood across the US. They seek a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid media campaigns, collaborate with creative and analytics teams, and drive continuous growth in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • 5+ years experience managing ecommerce performance campaigns with positive ROI.
  • Experience managing 7-figure monthly advertising budgets.
  • Proficiency in Meta and Google advertising platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, data-driven decision making.
  • Strong campaign optimization and budget forecasting skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with passion for continual learning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution and analysis of paid media campaigns across Native, Search, Display, and Paid Social channels.
  • Perform daily campaign management including budget allocation, bidding, and ad creative optimizations.
  • Analyze campaign performance with key metrics and attribution tools to optimize spend and growth.
  • Track and report performance metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, CAC/CPA, and ROAS.
  • Lead test-and-learn strategies on creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative team and external agencies to ideate and test new campaign concepts.
  • Partner with data & analytics team to build dashboards and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage creator platform processes including briefs, selection, communication, and ad launches.
  • Lead strategic meetings with channel partners and vendors to drive performance-focused outcomes.
  • Stay updated on best practices and strategies across digital advertising platforms.
