Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams in accordance with Warby Parker clinical protocols and standards of care
- Accurately measure and diagnose ocular conditions and determine appropriate prescriptions
- Explain eye health, prescriptions, and eyewear options to patients in clear, patient-friendly terms
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate features and benefits of frames, lenses, and contacts
- Represent the brand in-store and collaborate with retail staff to educate and excite patients
- Document examinations and patient records accurately using EMR and digital exam equipment
Education
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active state optometry license for the state of practice
