Integrated Brand Planning: Translate approved brand strategies into actionable marketing plans, aligning with business objectives and member insights.
Channel Collaboration: Partner with channel activation, site, social, and creative teams to develop and execute support plans across all channels.
Creative Briefing & Execution: Lead the development of marketing plans and manage the delivery of campaign assets in partnership with internal and external creative teams.
Performance Feedback: Monitor in-market performance and provide insights back to brand strategy partners to inform future planning.
Leadership Communication: Represent brand support plans and performance in leadership forums; clearly articulate marketing rationale and results.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct report responsible for developing integrated marketing plans that support the Member’s Mark brand.
Agency Partnership: Support brand strategy development in collaboration with agency partners, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated campaign planning.
Strong understanding of paid, owned, and social media channels.
Experience working with creative teams and briefing agencies.
Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to and engaging with senior leadership.
Highly organized, with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
