Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture and design across multi-disciplinary teams
- Develop and manage system-level requirements and traceability
- Perform trade studies and drive technical decisions
- Plan and execute integration, verification, and validation activities
- Create and review system engineering artifacts (requirements, interface control documents, V&V plans)
- Coordinate with hardware, software, test, and mission teams to deliver system solutions
- Support technical reviews, program reviews, and customer interactions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Science, or related STEM field required
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Relevant continuing education, certifications, or training in MBSE/Systems Engineering preferred
