Responsibilities
- Manage and grow high-priority podcast franchises through operational oversight, audience development, and revenue initiatives.
- Collaborate with talent, editorial, audience, and revenue teams to identify growth opportunities through market and competitive research.
- Own financial reporting including P&L management, revenue forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Lead strategic planning and develop franchise roadmaps with clear operational milestones and growth targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators across audience, revenue, and operations and optimize accordingly.
- Identify potential partnerships, acquisitions, or licensing opportunities to expand monetization.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between editorial, sales, marketing, and production teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
