The VCA team is looking for a Senior Director to join our consulting practice and play a role in developing high impact projects for Visa’s clients in the North America region. The potential candidate will be responsible for driving business development and execution with key issuer processors and partners of Visa. Typical engagements could span across a wide range of projects for our clients e.g. segment or vertical strategies, portfolio optimization, segmentation, product development, program launch, customer acquisition, customer life cycle optimization, retention & improvements.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $170,000 to $312,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
