Your job will be to work with executives across a select group of clients to understand their key business initiatives that involve engineering behavior change across the frontline workforce (i.e. improving employee timeliness or maximizing new SKU sales) and leverage the Jolly platform to create new incentive campaigns that result in the desired behavior change.
In addition to understanding key initiatives, mapping them to the relevant data fields, and engineering the incentive campaigns, you will work closely with business executives to track and show how KPIs change as a result of Jolly rewards spend. You’ll own the creation of detailed ROI reports and go onsite with business executives frequently in order to continually understand and adapt Jolly’s incentive engineering to reflect current business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Incentive Engineering: Work with client executives to quickly get up to speed on key business initiatives and industry-specific KPIs, mapping out specific data fields that we can use to drive and track behavior change.
Client ROI Reporting: Create and present comprehensive ROI reports to key executive stakeholders across a select client base, showing the impact of Jolly’s incentive engineering platform on their workforce. You’ll work to translate work data into actionable insights and clearly communicate how Jolly contributes to business success.
Team Player: We all wear many hats at Jolly, with some being more luxurious than others - it is critical that you maintain a positive attitude in the face of constant change and business volatility.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations, enhance client experiences, and contribute to the development of new features and offerings based on client feedback.
Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve the reporting process, enhance data accuracy, and streamline workflows to deliver quicker insights with greater impact.
Ad-hoc Projects: Support various strategic initiatives across Jolly, providing data analysis and operational support to help meet broader business goals.
