Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve transparency goals in international conferences and multilateral fora.
- Manage delivery of policy changes across regional fisheries management organizations (RFBs).
- Serve as Head or Manager of Delegation at multilateral fisheries bodies as required.
- Represent the organization externally to key governments and multilateral stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of two staff members plus contractors.
- Coordinate international policy engagements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Track complex work streams and engage International Policy team appropriately.
- Support the International Policy Director with policy and advocacy projects.
- Manage team budget, policies, and performance objectives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
