Skills
- Strong proficiency in C# application and background service development
- MSI application packaging experience using the WiX toolset
- Deploying and administering Active Directory domains and forests
- Troubleshooting Kerberos and LDAP/S connectivity and authentication
- Working knowledge of SMB protocol, DFS, and NAS configuration
- Understanding of SMB permissions, ownership, and inheritance
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with Windows Server security best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IAM services
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs for the IAM platform with focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security experts to deliver features that meet business and security requirements
- Develop and maintain Access Intelligence features to surface actionable insights from customer environments
- Build and operate identity lifecycle management features including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies
- Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing to support visibility and regulatory compliance
- Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability through testing, code reviews, and refactoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows/AD, Kerberos, LDAP/S, SMB, and related integration issues
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree preferred but not required
