Full Stack Engineer
Skills
- 5+ years building and operating production web applications
- Back-end proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python; strong SQL (Postgres)
- Design and implement REST and/or GraphQL APIs, transactions, and migrations
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Docker, CI/CD, and environment config
- Familiarity with React and component-driven front-end integration
- Strong testing, observability, and performance profiling practices
- Experience with workflow-heavy products: permissions, approvals, auditability
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures, idempotency, and resilient integrations
- Metrics-driven, data-first approach to development
Responsibilities
- Translate user stories into services, APIs, data models, and UI integrations across web, tablet, and mobile
- Design, build, and maintain extensible third-party integrations (PIMS, labs, payment processors, messaging)
- Model workflow-heavy domains with role-based permissions, audit trails, and clear state transitions
- Productionize human-in-the-loop AI models and integrate them into clinical workflows
- Implement testing, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting within CI/CD pipelines
- Advance security and compliance practices: secrets management, encryption, least-privilege
- Containerize services, define infrastructure-as-code, and contribute to runbooks and incident response
- Collaborate with UI/UX and Data teams to define API contracts and data models for analytics
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
