Responsibilities
- Assess individual and team training needs in coordination with nursing leadership

- Provide 1:1 mentoring, peer training setups, and hands-on clinical instruction (70-80% of time)
- Develop curricular materials including presentations, videos, simulations, and assessments
- Coordinate with Nursing Education and RND to expand educational outreach and training quality
- Allocate 20-30% of time to administrative tasks, program strategy, and evaluation
- Travel locally to support surrounding VEG hospitals as needed
Education
- Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the practicing state
- Continuing education in emergency veterinary medicine preferred
