- Solid UX research and synthesis skills (qualitative and quantitative)
- Frontend literacy and experience collaborating with engineering teams
- Experience shipping mobile and web products across platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to mentor designers and work in fast-moving, client-focused teams
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery through stakeholder interviews, audits, and user research
- Synthesize findings into personas, journeys, flows, and actionable UX artifacts
- Define and evolve design systems including tokens, components, and documentation
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and motion studies
- Validate designs via research and user feedback, iterating as needed
- Partner with engineering and QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Organize and deliver clean, production-ready Figma files and developer specs
- Lead client-facing design reviews and manage feedback constructively
- Scope design work, participate in agile ceremonies, and support project ops
- Mentor and grow junior designers and contribute to business development
Education
- No specific degree required; portfolio and experience prioritized
- Relevant degree (Design, HCI, Visual Arts, or related) is a plus
