Versant is seeking a Director of Salesforce Engineering to lead the design, development, deployment, support, and evolution of Versant’s enterprise-wide Salesforce ecosystem—spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Engagement), and Data Cloud/CDP. This leader will drive the engineering vision for our customer and business-facing platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and innovation in support of Versant’s growth strategy. You will build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and solution architects responsible for platform architecture, integration, and delivery.
You’ll partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Data & Analytics, and Corporate Technology to align our Salesforce strategy with business goals and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Requirements 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years leading Salesforce engineering or CRM platform teams.
Additional Requirements: Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
