Responsibilities
- Lead Engineering Strategy & Operations team to improve developer experience, L&D, rewards, events, and builder enablement
- Act as Chief of Staff to the CTO, coordinating across software engineering leadership and enabling a 300+ person org
- Design, prioritize, and drive cross-functional R&D initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Facilitate operational coordination between R&D and functions such as finance, people, workplace, communications, and marketing
- Identify organizational challenges, build stakeholder alignment, architect solutions, and lead implementation and continuous improvement
- Manage, mentor, and provide direction to direct reports; influence engineering, product, and design leaders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field required
- Master's degree (MBA or MS) preferred
