Responsibilities
- Lead Professional Services and Technical Account Management teams to deliver partner-aligned implementations and onboarding
- Develop and enforce standardized delivery frameworks and methodologies for scalability and consistency
- Innovate service delivery through tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Manage Professional Services P&L, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and partners to support sales efforts and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships, driving satisfaction and retention
- Optimize resource planning, project management, and performance tracking tools
- Recruit, develop, and enable high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- MBA preferred
