Skills
- Proven experience delivering qualitative and quantitative risk assessments (FAIR, NIST 800-30, ISO 31000).
- Strong working knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF/RMF, ISO standards) and GRC processes.
- Practical experience with GRC and cyber risk management tools (OneTrust, LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, AuditBoard, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication to present findings to technical staff and C-level executives.
- Strong project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver qualitative and quantitative cybersecurity risk assessments using frameworks such as FAIR, NIST 800-30, ISO 31000, etc.
- Provide advisory services to mature clients’ cyber risk management and GRC programs, integrating with enterprise risk management.
- Manage multiple client engagements, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Develop detailed written risk assessment reports, workbooks, risk scenarios, recommendations, and executive summaries.
- Establish strong client relationships and conduct interviews with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional GuidePoint practices and contribute to offering and practice development.
- Mentor and coach junior Risk consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Remain current on industry developments and incorporate new methods into service delivery.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant industry certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, FAIR Fundamentals).
