Responsibilities
- Lead real world data studies from end-to-end to generate causal evidence for drug discovery projects.
- Translate research questions into observational study designs and patient-centric insights using statistical models.
- Curate clinical and non-clinical variables for machine learning models and execute trajectory modeling.
- Interpret machine learning results to create patient profiles and conduct longitudinal analyses.
- Collaborate across teams and external partners to solve complex computational problems.
- Champion shared coding standards, participate in code reviews, and provide regular updates.
- Work with diverse data types including electronic medical records, sequencing, and multi-omics data using R and Python in cloud environments.
Education
- MPH or MS with 5+ years relevant experience OR PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics with 3+ years relevant experience.
